Rev Carmencita Figueroa

Pastor Carmencita Figueroa is the senior pastor of Springs of Life in Kissimmee, FL. With over a decade of dedicated service, she leads with a heart focused on spiritual growth, family unity, and community outreach. Pastor Carmencita is deeply committed to fostering a church environment that is both welcoming and spiritually enriching for all members.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Pentecostal Theological University, a Master’s in Leadership from Ana G. Méndez University, and completed her undergraduate studies at Buffalo State University. Her academic background equips her with the knowledge and wisdom to guide the congregation with biblical principles and strong leadership.

Beyond her pastoral responsibilities, she also serves as a District Supervisor for the Church of God, overseeing various congregations and helping build strong, healthy churches throughout the region. Pastor Carmencita’s leadership is rooted in her belief that healthy Christians create healthy churches, and her vision is to strengthen the body of Christ by leading by example.

Known for her compassionate spirit, dynamic preaching, and unwavering dedication to her faith and community, Pastor Carmencita is a role model for many. Alongside her family, who are also active in ministry, she continues to inspire the congregation and guide them in their walk with God.
